If you're new, first off - THANK YOU! Here are the jobs that we need help with:
- Morning Event Setup - Help set up and prepare tables, chairs, and crowd control, etc. as needed for vendors, pancake breakfast, and Dundee Night.
- Afternoon Tear-Down - Assist with vendor booth removal; relocate barricades and crowd control to convert from festival to Dundee Night; move and stack tables and chairs; clean up as needed.
- End of Night Tear-Down - Take down and pack sponsor signs; remove fencing from blocking streets and driveways; move and stack tables, chairs, and barricades for removal; clean up as needed.
- Event Support - Assist guests, vendors, and staff as needed; general awesomeness to keep the event running smoothly!
- Stage Support - Here's your chance to live out your roadie dreams, without the smelly bus rides. Help our bands switch out gear and equipment in between acts!
- Dundee Draws Assistance - Returning this year, Dundee Draws is a super-awesome LIVE art drawing event for our guests. Your role will be to answer questions and keep an eye on the one-of-a-kind masterpieces.
- Pancake Breakfast Assistance - Be an extra set of hands to keep things running smoothly - help the pancake guys with meal prep, keep food lines moving, keep tables setup and clean, and keep the space tidy. And eat a pancake or two.
- Sunday Sparkle - When all the dust settles, join us on Sunday morning to freshen up Underwood Avenue and bring the charm back to the street. We'll make sure everything is back in place and cleaned up. And we might even enjoy a mimosa or two...
