Food Vendors

SATURDAY AUGUST 22ND, 2025
Food Vendors need to be operated from 10a until 2p, although you are welcome to participate during the entire event (8a until 3p).  Everyone is welcome to apply, but please note that the Production Team reserves the right to limit the number and type of food vendors in order to ensure everyone, including our Dundee merchants, has a successful day.  Preference will be given to those vendors who possess a valid Douglas County Health Permit

Participants need to fill out this application and submit it to our Production Team.  Upon review and acceptance, we will send you an invoice for your payment that can be paid online, or can be printed and mailed/delivered with your payment.  Full instructions for payment will be included with your invoice.
Everyone is welcome, but application and payment must be received by Friday, August 7th!

    Canopy, tent, umbrella, or other shade/rain protection is encouraged for the day, but is not provided. 
    Food Trucks will be placed in the Food Court parking lot next to KFAB.  Electricity is not available in the Food Court Area.  If you need electricity, please plan to bring a generator.
    Contract for Vendor Space/Participation
    PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING:
    I UNDERSTAND THAT THE DUNDEE DAY STREET FESTIVAL (HEREAFTER KNOWN AS “EVENT”) IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OWNED, DISPLAYED, OR SOLD BY THE REGISTRANTS OF THE EVENT, OR ANY INJURY RESULTING TO OTHERS, AND AGREE TO HOLD THE EVENT AND DUNDEE MERCHANT ASSOCIATION HARMLESS FROM ANY SUCH CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY ARISING OUT OF MY/OUR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT. I/WE AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT ON THE PARTICIPATION/SIGN-UP SHEET PROVIDED IN THIS REGISTRATION AND ESTABLISHED BY THE EVENT AND FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF MY SPACE AT THE EVENT, FORFEITURE OF MY REGISTRATION FEE, AND LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTUAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  I UNDERSTAND THAT IF I CHOOSE NOT TO PARTICIPATE AFTER REGISTERING, SOME OR ALL OF MY REGISTRATION FEE MAY BE FORFEITED (SUBJECT TO THE DISCRETION OF THE PRODUCTION TEAM).  I ALSO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
    - If I have food sampling or other items that create trash, I will provide a trash can and empty it periodically during the day.
    - I am responsible for timely setup and breakdown, and will clear out all trash and other materials from my booth space by the end of the event.  Failure to do so may result in a cleanup fee, and will prevent me from participating in future events.
    - I will not share or sublet my booth space.
    - Any rude or aggressive behavior by me (or my team) towards event staff, volunteers, or patrons will prevent me from participating in future events.
