Vendor Application
SATURDAY AUGUST 19th, 2023
Vendor Booths will be operated from 8a until 3p. Our booth spaces are available to everyone - artists, crafters, community and school groups, businesses, individuals, and more. If you would like to be a Food Vendor and have a Douglas County Health Permit, please visit our separate "Food Vendor" application.
Participants need to fill out this application and submit it to our Production Team. Upon review and acceptance, we will send you an invoice for your payment that can be paid online, or can be printed and mailed/delivered with your payment. Full instructions for payment will be included with your invoice.
Everyone is welcome, but application and payment must be received by Sunday, August 6th!
