Vendor Application

Vendor Booths will be operated from 8a until 3p.  Our booth spaces are available to everyone - artists, crafters, community and school groups, businesses, individuals, and more.  If you would like to be a Food Vendor and have a Douglas County Health Permit, please visit our separate "Food Vendor" application.

Participants need to fill out this application and submit it to our Production Team.  Please note that the Production Team reserves the right to limit the number and type of vendors in order to ensure everyone, including our Dundee merchants, has a successful day.  Upon review and acceptance, we will send you an invoice for your payment that can be paid online, or can be printed and mailed/delivered with your payment.  Full instructions for payment will be included with your invoice.
Everyone is welcome, but application and payment must be received by Sunday, August 10th!

Vendor space details, location, and instructions will be emailed by August 21st.

    Please note that this is a rain-or-shine event to support the neighborhood.  No refunds will be given.

    Canopy, tent, umbrella, or other shade/rain protection is encouraged for the day, but is not provided..
    SOUND AMPLIFICATION (SPEAKERS, MICROPHONES, ETC.) IS NOT ALLOWED. 
    Generators are not allowed on Underwood Avenue, except for those units on food trucks
    Contract for Vendor Space/Participation

    I UNDERSTAND THAT THE DUNDEE DAY STREET FESTIVAL (HEREAFTER KNOWN AS “EVENT”) IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OWNED, DISPLAYED, OR SOLD BY THE REGISTRANTS OF THE EVENT, OR ANY INJURY RESULTING TO OTHERS, AND AGREE TO HOLD THE EVENT AND DUNDEE MERCHANT ASSOCIATION HARMLESS FROM ANY SUCH CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY ARISING OUT OF MY/OUR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT. I/WE AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT ON THE PARTICIPATION/SIGN-UP SHEET PROVIDED IN THIS REGISTRATION AND ESTABLISHED BY THE EVENT AND FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF MY SPACE AT THE EVENT, FORFEITURE OF MY REGISTRATION FEE, AND LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTUAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  I UNDERSTAND THAT IF I CHOOSE NOT TO PARTICIPATE AFTER REGISTERING, SOME OR ALL OF MY REGISTRATION FEE MAY BE FORFEITED (SUBJECT TO THE DISCRETION OF THE PRODUCTION TEAM).
