Hello Vendors and Sponsors who are getting Electrical service!
The week is finally here, and Dundee Day is this Saturday. Our fingers are crossed for great weather and judging by the number of booths we have signed up, we're looking forward to a great turnout.
Here are some logistics for the day. Please share this with anybody on your team who will be helping with setup, operation, or tear down of your booth on Saturday to be sure they are up to speed. ADDITIONALLY, YOU CAN DOWNLOAD ALL OF THESE NOTES PLUS A SITE PLAN BY CLICKING ON THE FILE BELOW THIS SECTION
1. ALL VEHICLES MUST ENTER THE SPACE FROM SOUTH 50TH STREET (BY AMSTERDAM FALAFEL). Booth setup can begin at 6:30am. All vendor/sponsor booths need to be set up and running by 8:00am, and will be expected to run until 3:00pm.
2. If requested, one table and two chairs will be available for each booth. If you requested an additional table, it will also be available. Chairs and tables will be staged as follows:
- Booths west of 50th Street will have tables and chairs available in the Albany & Avers parking lot, next to The Dundee Dell
- Booths east of 50th Street will have tables and chairs available in the Max I Walker parking lot (next to Better Homes & Gardens)
Although some volunteers will be available to help, you are responsible for picking up and putting away your tables and chairs. Please have tables and chairs returned to the area where you got them by 4:00pm.
3. Although not required or provided, we do recommend a tent or a canopy to guard against the heat. Your booth space will accommodate a 10x10 or 10x12 pop-up canopy.
4. For setup and tear down, you can drive your car on Underwood, but all vehicles must be kept off Underwood between 7:45am and 3:15pm. ALL VEHICLES MUST ENTER THE SPACE FROM SOUTH 50TH STREET (BY AMSTERDAM FALAFEL). If you try to enter from any other direction, you will be redirected to 50th. We want to keep the flow of traffic on Underwood as one-way, to make it easier and safer for everyone. Our volunteers will direct your towards your booth when you enter. Please note that you will need to find parking for your car on the neighborhood streets once setup is complete.
The site plan below shows all of the booth locations. Refer to the numbered index for your booth listing and notice that the color of your booth number coincides with the section of the street (Blue = North West, Green = South East, Red = North East, Orange = South West). Our Production Team will be on-site Saturday morning, working from the "HQ" tent shown on the site plan. We will help guide traffic and help get you set up.
If you have any additional questions or need any information, please feel free to email us at [email protected].
THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR DUNDEE DAY EVENT AND FOR BEING A POSITIVE PART OF OUR COMMUNITY!

You are among a special group of Vendors who have added Electrical service to your booth setup at Dundee Day. Thank you! Your booth will be able to access the electrical outlets that are located in the landscape islands adjacent to your booth location. The photos below show what you are looking for.
1. Please plan to bring an extension cord to reach from the outlet to your booth. A 20'-25' cord should be long enough. Remember that other booths are using electrical as well, so please only plug into one plug per booth. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AROUND THE BUSHES AND PLANTS IN THE ISLANDS. We'd like to do our best to keep them from being trampled.
2. In consideration of the other booths, please limit the number of items that you plug into your extension cord. Think of it like your would a plug in your house. If the circuit is overloaded, we will need to unplug some items and reset the breaker.
3. Should you have any issues during the day, please contact one of our Dundee Day staff (look for the shirts with the Dundee Day logo). We'll try our best to get you taken care of!
